About Dr. Lloyd
Dr. Lloyd is a licensed physician in the State of Texas, Board certified by the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology and has been in practice for over 30 years at Woman's Hospital of Texas. He has been a Fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology, the American society of Reproductive Medicine and the Society of Reproductive Surgeons. Dr. Lloyd belongs to the Texas Medical Association and the Harris County Medical Society. Dr. Lloyd received a B.S. from Virginia Tech, a M.S. from Rice University and a M.D. from University of Texas Medical Branch Galveston. He also completed a one year Fellowship in Reproductive Surgery and Infertility. He is married with two daughters and a golden retriever.

Your Appointment
Being in solo private practice, we are very flexible in making office appointments. On many days, same day appointments are available. We pride ourselves on minimizing your wait time for your appointment.
Dr. Lloyd sees patients at the Fannin office as well as two satellite locations in Angleton and Kingwood.
Routine checkups, lab work, vaginal ultrasounds and consultations may be done at any location. However, some minor office surgical procedures must be performed at the Fannin location.
During your initial visit, we will begin a permanent medical record. Our staff will ask you to complete a brief medical history and registration form. For your convenience, these forms may be downloaded prior to your visit
Please also bring your insurance card with you.
Try to arrive 15 minutes early for your first visit.
If you have been under the care of another physician, we may ask for your permission to transfer your records to us.
We do encounter delays from time to time. We realize your time is very valuable and our staff will attempt to notify you before your appointment time.
